Liliana Siraz
Liliana’s journey into well-being began in the world of tech, where yoga became her way to restore balance. What started as a personal practice soon evolved into a passion for helping others, as she began teaching yoga to her colleagues, realizing the profound impact of mind-body connection.

Certified with 200 hours in yoga and holding a BA in Conflict Study and Resolution, Liliana brings a unique blend of expertise to Harmonia Flow. She focuses on creating transformative wellness experiences, with immersive sound baths at the core of her approach.

Believing that true well-being begins with self-care, she is dedicated to guiding individuals and teams toward balance and harmony, fostering a deeper connection to themselves and each other.
Kateryna Myroniuk
Kate has a rich background in both entrepreneurship and holistic wellness. Having founded and led multiple companies, including marketing agency and a SaaS business, she learned the importance of stepping back from day-to-day tasks to gain perspective and set meaningful goals.

Now, with over 100 hours of formal studies in breathwork and 350 hours of advanced training in intuitive anatomy and related practices, she brings this wealth of experience into her breathwork and mindfulness practice.

Kate excels in fostering environments of calm and awareness, guiding clients through transformative breathwork and visualisation practices to promote balance, focus, and well-being in both personal and professional settings.
